Precautions for storage (use)

(1) Due to the active chemical nature of WANNATE® PM-200, it easily reacts with water, forming insoluble urea compounds and releasing carbon dioxide, causing drums and increasing viscosity. Therefore, in the storage process, the container must be strictly dry and sealed and filled with dry nitrogen for protection. (2) WANNATE® PM-200 should be stored strictly sealed in a well-ventilated room at room temperature (15ºC~35ºC); as the temperature decreases, the viscosity of WANNATE® PM-200 increases, which will affect its use. If the storage temperature is too low (below 5°C), it can cause crystallization, so care must be taken to prevent freezing. Once crystallization occurs, the crystallization must be added in the shortest time (3) Thermal melting; the heating temperature of the material shall not exceed 70°C. Local overheating is strictly forbidden, because the product will decompose and produce gas at a temperature above 230°C. It is recommended to use a hot air oven equipped with a drum device for drying. After the baking is completed, the materials in the barrel must be mixed evenly. (4) During the barrel baking process, pay close attention to the supporting points of the barrel to prevent leakage due to wear and collision. (5) Long-term storage above 50°C should be avoided to avoid the formation of insoluble solids and increase the viscosity.
